KYC Process

RoboFund maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent activities, identity theft, and any misleading practices. To protect our customers’ interests and maintain the integrity of our platform, we implement stringent Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. KYC protocols are widely used by banks, brokers, and financial institutions as a proactive measure to track and identify suspicious accounts involved in illegal activities such as fraud, money laundering, and terrorism financing. By adhering to KYC regulations, we ensure a secure trading environment and minimize the risk of financial losses associated with unauthorized transactions.

Security Measures

RoboFund prioritizes the security of sensitive data to ensure its integrity and confidentiality. Your account information, transaction history, and details are treated as highly valuable documents subjected to comprehensive security measures and fraud checks. To maintain the integrity of our platform and protect electronic transactions, including activating the deposit method, we require certain data from you. These measures are essential to uphold the robust protection methods implemented for the security of your financial activities.

When depositing funds into your RoboFund trading account, certain documents are required for verification:

valid passport
Please submit a colored image of the front and back of your valid passport, clearly showing your photo and any signature. If no passport is available, we accept a government-issued photo ID. Ensure the ID is presented in full color to facilitate easy verification of its authenticity.
debit or credit cards
For KYC purposes, we request a colored photo of the front of the debit or credit card used to fund your RoboFund trading account, displaying the first 6 and last 4 digits. Please ensure the image includes your signature on the back of the card. To protect your sensitive information, you may cover the middle digits and CVV when submitting the photo.
KYC process
To complete the KYC process and authorize your RoboFund trading account, we require proof of residence. Please submit a utility bill, municipal tax bill, or bank statement dated within the last 3 months, bearing the same name as your passport or ID. Please send your proof of residence (in color) to [email protected].

When Should I Submit These Documents?

For smooth processes and transactions, we ask you to submit all required documents promptly. These ensure the security of your account’s cash transactions. While certain actions on your RoboFund trading account can be performed in advance, we may request documents before specific deposits or trades. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the cancellation of pending withdrawals, with a notification sent through our system.

How Do I Submit These Documents?

Please scan your documents or take high-quality digital photos and save them as JPEGs. Send the images to us at [email protected].
